Declan Sherman

Chief Executive Officer

25 years investing in, building and scaling global businesses. Founder and CEO of three major companies operating across three continents – employing over 45,000 people and generating over $1.2b in revenue annually. A father of two, and Invested in a Better Tomorrow.

Lindsay Ward

Chair

Lindsay brings over 35 years of senior executive and board experience across sectors highly aligned with Infragreen’s investment focus, including renewables, waste management, power generation, ports, logistics, rail, gas transmission, agriculture, and infrastructure services. He has held leadership roles as CEO, Managing Director, and General Manager with organisations such as Iris Energy, Palisade Investment Partners, Asciano, Toll Holdings, Yallourn Energy, and BHP. Lindsay currently serves as Chairman of the Port of Portland, Chair of Blueleaf Energy, and Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Qube Holdings. His previous board roles include ASX-listed Whitehaven Coal and Metro Mining, as well as Global Renewables, Waterloo Wind Farm, and several key gas infrastructure assets.Lindsay has a strong track record of delivering operational excellence, safety, ESG leadership, and financial performance in complex, capital-intensive industries. His depth of experience and proven leadership will be invaluable as we continue to scale and drive long-term value for investors and the community.

Courtney Black

Director

Courtney Black is a highly experienced executive and non-executive director with more than 20 years of leadership across the infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, professional services, and legal sectors. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of AVADA Group Limited (ASX:AVD), Australia’s only listed integrated traffic management provider, and Entrada Travel Group, a private transport and leisure company operating in Australia and New Zealand. Courtney has held senior executive roles at Telstra, Aurizon, Virgin Australia, Tabcorp, and Queensland Rail, and served as Managing Director and CEO of Shine Corporate Limited (ASX:SHJ). She brings specialist expertise in strategy, customer experience, transformation, and loyalty. With a background as a commercial lawyer, Courtney has served on boards across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Scott Ryall

Director

Scott has more than 25 years experience in financial markets, including over 20 years of investment research experience. His direct coverage has been across infrastructure and related sectors in Australia, Europe, the US, South Africa and Asia over more than 20 years. Scott is currently the Principal of Rimor Equity Research, which he started in 2017 after almost 10 years as a head of equity research in start-up equity businesses in both Australian and European markets. His most recent role prior to Rimor was Head of Research for CLSA Australia. Prior to CLSA, he worked at Macquarie in a range of roles, both in Sydney and London.
